Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SEO Rank, an SEO analytics service. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. Your account
You sign in with a Google account and must be authorized to connect the Search Console property you link. SEO Rank currently supports connecting one Search Console property per account while this feature is in early rollout; this limit may change as we expand availability. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use SEO Rank.
2. The service
SEO Rank reads data from the Google services you connect and presents dashboards, trends, and recommendations computed from it. The service is read-only toward your Google account: we never change your Search Console configuration. Insights and recommendations are informational; decisions you take based on them are your own.
3. Plans and payment
SEO Rank offers a free plan with a limited number of total audits and features, and a paid subscription plan that unlocks additional audits, deeper crawls, and additional features. We do not offer lifetime or one-time-purchase plans; all paid plans are recurring subscriptions, processed by Dodo Payments. Current plan details, limits, and pricing are listed on our pricing page and may change from time to time. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from the billing page and keep access through the end of the paid period. Refunds are available within 14 days of a first purchase; contact support.
4. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other customers’ data, probe or disrupt the service, resell access without our agreement, or use SEO Rank to violate Google’s terms. We may suspend accounts that do.
5. Your data
Your connected data remains yours. Our collection and handling of it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google access or request full deletion at any time.
6. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Features may evolve; we will not materially reduce what a paid plan includes without notice. Data freshness depends on Google’s APIs, which we do not control.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEO Rank’s total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost rankings.
8. Termination
You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms, with a refund of any unused subscription period unless the violation was willful.
